My name is Jo.Sephina and I am a Certified Polarity Practitioner and studying Shaman.
Before this path, I was in Behavioral Health for 12 years.  Life happened and kinda threw me onto a new path.  I have been studying energy work for several years, but didnt get formal training and certifications until I enrolled in an energy school in Maine. I graduated from SpaTech Institute in Maine in 2014 with the certification in Polarity Therapy; APP certified and RPP trained.
I moved to Colorado after graduation to build my skills here and to continue learning about the abundance of life.
I fully believe that any condition/disease can be healed through energy healing, especially crystal work.  Even if you dont "believe" or are skeptical of it, your body is fully aware and is ready to heal itself.

Polarity Therapy changed my life many years ago.  Because of it, I realized I wanted to help others change their lives too. 
As a studying Shaman, an Earth Keeper, I believe we are all made of energy and have the ability to heal ourselves. We just forgot how to, so I am here to help show you the way.
